Two security officers are required at all events serving alcohol, charged at thirty-five dollars per hour each. Events hosting three hundred or more guests require officers at the city's discretion.
Yes. A bartender is required at all events serving alcohol. The charge is fifteen dollars per hour in addition to a twenty percent tip.
The whole building holds eight hundred twenty-five guests theater-style or five hundred twelve banquet-style. The half building holds four hundred twelve theater-style, two hundred fifty-six banquet-style without a dance floor, or two hundred sixteen with one.
Yes. Renting the building the day before for setup requires a two hour minimum on that day.
Non-profit organizations must provide 501(c) (3) documentation to qualify for the reduced rate of seventy-five dollars per hour.
