We hire full-time and part-time employees across all departments. Whether you're interested in golf, dining, marina operations, or hospitality, we welcome applications from candidates ready to deliver excellent service to our guests.
Full-time employees enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and enrollment in the Employees' Retirement System of Alabama. We also provide accident insurance at no cost to you.
All employees receive discounts on golf, camping, marina slips, merchandise, and cabin rentals. You get up to $242 monthly toward golf or camping, plus 30% off merchandise and accommodations. Discounts reset each month and are for personal use only.
After 25 years of employment, you can retire at any age and begin drawing monthly benefits. You become vested in your retirement account after 10 years, meaning your contributions and the resort's contributions stay with you if you leave.
Vacation time increases with tenure. You start with five days your first year, move to ten days after one year, fifteen days after eleven years, and twenty days after eighteen years of employment.
