Camground Rules
Choose your site and stay duration at Goose Pond Colony Resort in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Registration, Rates, & Occupancy
The Campground Manager has full authority regarding the interpretation and enforcement of all rules.
All campers must register in person or by phone within 24 hours of occupying a site. "Tagged" sites are considered rented.
Rates are based on a single unit (1 RV or 1 Tent) with a maximum of 4 occupants.
Additional fees apply for extra tents or guests. Payments are due upfront. Monthly fees incur a $30 late fee after a 5-day grace period.
Only adults may rent sites; an adult must be present at all times if minors are occupying the site.
The space between electric boxes designates the site. Management may adjust spacing if necessary.
Refunds & Cancellation Policies
No refunds or credits are given for inclement weather or mechanical failure of the camper's equipment.
If a camper is asked to leave due to a rule violation, disorderly conduct, or illegal activity, no refund will be issued.
If a resort-side failure occurs, credits may be considered only if no other sites are available for relocation.
Appearance Standards
Long-term sites require units that originated as campers. Short-term sites allow Class A-C, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-ups, and tents.
All units must be in good working order and neat in appearance. Inoperable vehicles (flat tires, broken parts) must be repaired or removed.
Avoid "clutter" (empty pots, buckets, coolers). Store chairs, bikes, and grills under or behind the camper when not active.
Monthly campers may have a rubbermaid-type storage unit that fits under the camper. Swings, grills, chairs, and bikes are allowed but must not be excessive.
• Prohibited: No outside refrigerators/freezers on long-term sites. No decks, permanent structures, fences, or excessive flags.
• Maintenance: Monthly campers are responsible for winterizing outside faucets (failure to do so may incur damage fees).
No permanent structures (decks/fences). No digging or putting items into the ground. No nails or screws in trees.
One canopy (max 12'x12') per site; it must be lowered when away. Tarps must be brown to blend with nature.
Vehicles, Parking, & Golf Carts
The speed limit is STRICTLY enforced at 10 MPH. If broken, campers will be asked to leave without a refund. There are always children and adults walking or biking in the campground.

Golf carts MUST BE REGISTERED at the office. Drivers must be 16+ with a valid license (or 10-15 if accompanied by an adult). No children under 10 may drive.
• Rules: Must follow the 10 MPH limit. If used after dark, carts must have headlights/taillights.
